CONTAINED RECHARGER 

Balls drop & perpetually flow back up then drop to recharge generating Energy

This simple design uses a mechanical stopper to void the balls from dropping through a hole yet when its open the Energy recharges on dropping & cycling through then upon landing bakc in a catcher before dropping

This does not require a drive axel motion or idle effect using neutral or motion based mechanical effort creating an idle separate effort using a stop - start mechanical mechanism

It is one of many approaches to without the Wind-Tunnel Piston-Punch effect for Energy Generation arriving at 2500+ Kw per second or under half or quarter second
